Refurbishments

We started refurbishing properties in 1984. Since then we have fully refurbished over 100 houses and flats including two Grade II listed buildings.

A refurbishment can range from a general overhaul i.e. new kitchen, bathroom, rewire, replumb -to- a complete removal of all floors, internal walls and roofs leaving only the original walls standing.

Some of our refurbishments can be considered to be conversions in which case we can offer a full NHBC warranty on the completed property.
